- Additional charges
- Accommodation tax as set by the local authority, and charges for any optional services. These may be payable at the property.
- Payment methods
- Credit card (online), or payment at the property.
- Payment timing
- Credit card: at the time the reservation is confirmed. On-site payment: at check-in.
- Service delivery
- On the reserved night(s) of stay.
- Cancellation fees
- The following fees apply to cancellations after a reservation is confirmed:
- Up to 8 days before arrival: free
- 7 to 3 days before: 30% of the room charge
- 2 days to 1 day before: 50%
- Day of arrival, or no-show without notice: 100%
- Refunds
- Any amount remaining after cancellation fees is refunded via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
- Formation of contract
- The contract is formed when the reservation confirmation is issued.
